Have a complaint?

At ATSICHS Brisbane we are all committed to providing a high standard of client care at all times, though despite our best intentions we fully understand that sometimes misunderstandings or issues can occur and you may seek to make a complaint.

All complaints are taken seriously, and if we are unable to resolve the problem immediately, it will be investigated and you will be given regular updates and notified of the outcome.

  1. Firstly speak with your Early Childhood Teacher, who can often resolve most problems effectively as well as helping to identify ways that we can improve in the future. You may also ask for a ‘Complaints and Grievance’ form which can be filled in and handed back.
  2. After speaking with your Early Childhood Teacher, you can also contact our General Manager of Community Services via email, call us on 07 3240 8900 or write to us at Level 1 | 55 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba QLD 4102.
  3. You may also wish to contact the Department of Education by visiting the Queensland Government complaints website or via email regulation@qed.qld.gov.au
